How can I cancel my order?

If you choose to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please send us an email at sales@dronescend.co.uk to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. To handle your request quickly, please include the details of your order. If your order has been shipped, please send us an email at the address above to discuss an exchange or refund.

How do I qualify for returning an unwanted item?

You can return an item to us within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will contact the shipping courier to file a claim on your behalf. If you require more information, please drop us an email at sales@dronescend.co.uk. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they will be used for filing a claim.
